Mix feeling.

The staffs were excellent.

Swimming pool surrounding had many damages which pose a risk of injuries to children. Broken gratings and tiles, sharp edges etc. Mattress was too hard. Had backaches the next morning. TV was too small.

Just so so

the place is very convenient to go around.

old and smell smoke all over the hotel , the aircon is so noisy, the hair dryer is very old model, swimming pool is dirty and very old .

Rooms are big. Nearby a couple of marts. Staffs are friendly. Room seevice is great!

Old hotel..Only 1 pair of pillow per room. Pool is open to public so expect outsiders to join. Breakfast not fantastic bt nt bad either.

Convenience shop located at lobby. Smoking zone everywhere. Staffs was friendly!

Bathroom - Need some upgrading. No small towels and spare toilet paper available. Breakfast - spread was OK, but doesn't taste good. Lounge - Beer not readily available and not cosy.

disappointing, not value for money

staff is very friendly and helpful

apart from the lobby which is great, the rest of the hotel looks worn down, not 4 star quality, 3 star at best. Holes in the restaurant table cloth, mold in the shower, snowy TV stations, barren room with only the essentials, toaster not working properly at breakfast, large noisy restaurant etc. Hotel seems to cater to large tourist groups arriving by bus, rather than to the individual traveler seeking relaxation

Not caring basic maintenance

Big spacious room.

Rooms have a very high rate during season, but they don't even care basic maintenance for bathroom, locker issues etc.T v was there, but no remote to switch on!.

Always looking forward for the breakfast for the variety of food but sadly it's not warm.

The cleanliness off the toilet is not up to the standard. The towel for showering smells bleach. The kettle for hot drinks is rusty and old. The comforter and bed sheet has a lot of stains.

Reasonable rate with spacious clean room and good local breakfast. Seafood restaurant just a walking distance

Big family rooms, free scheduled transport to malls

Really old, far from town, the pool is open to locals and water looks like it hasn’t been change or clean in a while , dare not swim in it.. Also the hotel forgotten about the arranged pick up and we had to call a few times and waited for the driver to come. Room doesn’t smell fresh but not too bad , just very old

Luxury Hotel But,,,,,

Entrance very Luxury , Lobby ,have restaurant,Bar, ,Polo clothes shop,Massage shop and small market.Swimming Pool ,Room was spacious and the Toilet , far from Harbour By Ferry 7 km and from Nagoya Hill Mall 8 km & CBS Mall 10 km , Free Shuttle bus go and return from Hotel available to go to those Malls start 12.30 pm till 9.30 pm .

1. Toilet noisy I don't know from water engine or from heater . 2. Breakfast no have Variety and not convenient for 4 Stars Hotel plus not clean I found cockroach on the Buffet !! 3. They forbidden Taxi Grab to pick up the clients from Hotel so they force the clients to take Taxi belong to the Hotel and it's expensive Triple far more than Taxi Grab !! Should have more facilities for clients specially the Hotel far from main road 500 m we can't carry our Luggage all this distance to take Taxi from outside uncomfortable.

Staff are very accomodating, room is clean and nice

Toilet not flushing well and public toilet at the groud floor is dirty. Food is not sufficient considering the number of guests they have . Not so much choices of food for such a big hotel.

Awesome place.

Awesome place. The staff was very helpful . Even last minute emergency cases we face, the mini mart shop was close as it was Sunday P.H. but the staff manage to provide us the item as we need it urgently. Only, the breakfast need alot of modified. Abit oily and not much breakfast. Should incl. Pancake for the children and more cakes or muffin.
